1. Introduction 

The validation box system (VBOX) is a system developed to support the EMR during the reporting period. This system enables EMR Users to submit generated reports generated from facilities that are using the electronic medical records and are being supported by PEPFAR implementation partners. On top of that the system provides necessary validations to make sure the submitted reports are valid. Currently the system is only supporting the submission of the reports generated from the ART system but moving forward the system will be enhanced to allow uploads from the other EMR modules. This document defines how the validation box operates and how a user can easily use the system
